1) Who can use Zropi
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
2) The service
Zropi provides an AI companion experience. Features may include chat, memory, uploads, notifications, and optional integrations with third-party services.
3) Your content
- You retain ownership of the content you submit.
- You grant us a limited license to process and display your content to operate the service.
- You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the necessary rights to use it.
4) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use Zropi for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
5) OAuth and third-party integrations
If you connect third-party accounts using OAuth, you authorize Zropi to access those accounts only within the scopes you approve. The goal is to let you complete tasks you request (for example, reading email, creating calendar events, or saving files).
- We store access and refresh tokens encrypted.
- You can disconnect at any time in the app or by revoking access in the provider’s settings.
- Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
6) AI outputs
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, or financial advice.
7) Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
8) Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zropi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security reasons. You can stop using the service at any time.
